We encourage you to report any suspicion or certainty of misconduct through these irregularities reporting channel. Your anonymity will always be maintained when submitting a report about an irregularity. We guarantee comprehensive anonymity and confidentiality throughout the entire process of your case.

 

About your report

In order to conduct a proper, professional, and detailed investigation, we need you to provide detailed information specifically on the following aspects:

  • The type of misconduct or potential violation you wish to report.
  • Location of the incident you want to report.
  • Information about the events: Provide the time, date, and if it´s a recurring occurrence.
  • If you have any documentation you may have access to, feel free to let us know, and you even have the option to submit it through our system. If you don´t have access to the documentation but know it exists, include the type of documentation and where you think the investigative staff can find it.
  • Details about any other actions you have taken related to the misconduct.

Note: It´s important to read and understand the content of the Data Privacy link before submitting your report. No personal data that is not clearly relevant to the report should be sent. If, however, you send this type information, we will do our best to remove it without the need to inform you.

 

How your report is handled

According to current legislation, Portal Casma will conduct an initial assessment of your report to determine if it is suitable to be managed through the irregularities reporting channel.

  • A unique case number will be assigned to all reports, and you will receive a verification code to confirm the receipt of your report.
  • We will send you confirmation within seven days of receiving your report. You can use the verification code to submit additional information or receive responses about the case.
  • Portal Casma will inform you about how your case has been handled within 90 days.

External reports

It is also possible to report misconduct externally to a competent body that can receive and provide information, as well as monitor cases of irregularities reports and, when appropriate, to institutions, bodies, or agencies.
